By the way, you can also use tomato sauce instead of the pizza base, but then it will not get the spiciness that comes in pizza sauce.
How to make Pizza Sauce at home?
There are two ways to make pizza sauce at home.
- Tomato sauce can be made into a pizza sauce. Take tomato sauce in a bowl, add some oregano and crushed red chili flakes (chilli flakes), salt and mix it and your instant pizza sauce is ready.

- Tomato – 1 kg
- Olive or any oil – 1 tsp
- 3.Grated Garlic – 1 tsp
- Onion finely chopped – 1
- Salt – as per taste
- Kashmiri red chili – 1 tsp
- Chili flakes (red chili pieces) – 1/2 tsp
- Oregano (Herbs) – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Sauce – 1.5 tsp
In the second method, first boil about one kilogram of tomatoes, then peel off its peel and grind it in a mixer. Heat a pan, add a spoonful of olive oil, you can use any other oil in it.
Then add a spoonful of ground garlic and fry it, then add a finely chopped onion to it and make it soft and do not have to brown. Now add ground tomato to it and add salt as per taste.
Then mix it, cover and let it cook on high flame. After cooking for 10 minutes, add 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili, 1 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, one and a half teaspoon tomato sauce and mix it. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, fill it in a container and keep it in the fridge. You can use it anytime.
